CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM

In order to obtain a merchant account with EMG, we are required by Federal Regulations to verify your identity. In addition to the social security number, merchants are also asked to provide their name, home address, and date of birth. This is addressed in the procedures provided to EMG and its affiliates by the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve released a document to assist companies like EMG to identify the personal information that we need to collect from a prospective "customer" to verify their identity.
