17. EMG'S 24-HOUR CUSTOMER SERVICEHave you ever been up late at night doing bookkeeping and had a question about your statement? Or maybe you have a holiday rush, and questions arise regarding your processing. Before now, your options for support have been limited after normal business hours or on holidays...but that's a thing of the past! Eliot Management Group is pleased to announce our extended customer service hours. Our customer service line has always been open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but now it is full-service after hours! Our after-hours team is maintenance-trained, and will be able to perform certain account maintenance changes over the phone. They can view account information, including the original merchant agreement and current rates or fees, and they are certified on all terminal types to provide technical support.
