14. HOW WAS YOUR INSTALLATION?

When your representative installed your new Merchant Account with Eliot Management Group (EMG), how did everything go? Did your rep go above and beyond what you thought was necessary to help your transition to EMG be as smooth as possible? Were there some obstacles on your way to processing through EMG? Or would you just like to leave feedback? No matter what your experience was, we want to know about it! The more information we know, the better we are to serve you and other merchants in the future.

At this point, you are probably intrigued and may ask, "How can I leave feedback?" A hard copy of our customer feedback survey is included with your installation packet. Since we live in a technological world, we have also made this survey available online at: http://emgservice.com/service/contact/feedback. This makes it much easier to jot down your experience quickly, and save a stamp! From the beginning, EMG has provided one form or another for merchants to leave feedback. This has helped us evolve to the company we are now. Although negative feedback is never easy to swallow, it does allow us to push even harder to make our company better for you!

You make the call with this survey, and tell us all about your transition, your installation, and your processing merchant account. If you have suggestions, please add them. We take this valuable information and put it into effect with our sales representatives. Even if you have not just been installed, we would love to hear your opinion.
