7. PAPER STATEMENTS ARE OPTIONAL

Are you tired of paperwork clutter around the office? Did you know that receiving your Visa/MasterCard merchant statement via traditional mail is optional? EMG offers you the choice to receive your merchant statement via the USPS or through FirstView, our online account information tool. If you no longer wish to receive a paper merchant statement for your Visa/MasterCard processing through EMG, you may contact the customer service line at 800-789-8897 and request to eliminate your paper statement. If you haven't already, at this time you'll need to acquire a FREE FirstView login from Customer Service to ensure that you can access your online E-statements.

Although this online statement feature is currently only available for Visa/MasterCard processing, EMG is in the process of also making the online option available for Debit processing, SecurChex check services, and FirstAdvantage gift card statements. Check back often with our Call Center to request that your additional product statements can also be received online!

FirstView offers free access to account statements, equipment instructions, merchant training, and much more. If you are looking for more extensive reporting for your merchant account, you can upgrade your FirstView access to include a detailed account of all of your daily processing activity. In addition, you can view a single location or multiple locations on one report. This is a great time-saving tool that also helps reduce paperwork clutter around the office.
