ORDER MERCHANT SUPPLIES

To order merchant supplies, please call the 24-hour customer service line at 800-789-8897 (option 2). When you order the supplies, the fees will be automatically withdrawn from your current bank account on file. When calling, please know your terminal type so the correct supplies are ordered. Order the type and quantity you need, and the supplies will be shipped to you. If you would like to order supplies through Eliot Management Group, we can sign you up to have $0.03 added to your transaction fee, and you will be able to order all supplies for no further charge. If you would like to be added to the supply terminal program, please call the 24-hour customer service line at 800-789-8897 (option 2) or your local office. If you do not have time to wait for a shipment, your local office supply stores will carry most credit card supplies. Below is a list of terminal types and the paper that correspond with each.
