MERCHANT SUPPLIES

EMG offers merchants multiple options for ordering supplies for their credit card terminals. For merchants who are enrolled in the EMG Suppy Program, please contact our dedicated Supply Program phone line at 888-999-4525. The EMG Supply Program is offered at a low rate of $0.03 per transaction and allows you to spread out the cost of ordering new terminal supplies like paper, printer ribbons, printer spools, etc. To see if you are enrolled, please check your merchant statement in the Summary of Miscellaneous Fees section and look for the Supply Program fee as outlined below:



If you are not currently enrolled in the EMG Supply Program and are in need of paper or printer ribbons, please call the 24-hour customer service line at 800-789-8897 (option 2). When you order the supplies, the fees will be automatically withdrawn from your current bank account on file. When calling, please know your terminal type so the correct supplies are ordered. Order the type and quantity you need, and the supplies will be shipped to you. If you would like to order supplies through Eliot Management Group, we can sign you up to have $0.03 added to your transaction fee, and you will be able to order all supplies for no further charge. If you would like to be added to the supply terminal program, please call the 24-hour customer service line at 800-789-8897 (option 2) or your local office. If you do not have time to wait for a shipment, your local office supply stores will carry most credit card supplies. Below is a list of terminal types and the paper that correspond with each.
