EMG EQUIPMENT WARRANTYIf your equipment is malfunctioning within 30 days of installation, we will replace it free of charge. After that time, replacement will cost $50.00 for most terminals. If you have a wireless terminal, the cost is $175.00. These fees cover the shipping and handling (and for wireless, deactivation and activation) of the terminals. If you are having technical difficulties, please call our customer service help line at 800-789-8897 (option 1). Our service representatives will walk you through a series of questions to pinpoint the problem, and if they are unable to resolve your issue, your terminal will be replaced. They will send you a return shipping label to send back the malfunctioning equipment. Please return the equipment with this label, as it is a tracking method and guarantees you will not be charged for non-returned equipment. |
