The Eliot 4500X is EMG’s premier terminal. It offers all the features of the Eliot 4000, plus the ability to process high-speed transactions via an Internet connection. Credit, Debit, EBT, & FirstAdvantage Gift Cards are supported through high-speed. The 4500X can also process SecurChex check services and EMG Host Services (where you press a button for customer service, and we call you!) via its dial-up modem. This dial-up modem can serve as a back-up if your Internet connection is down, and there is an easy-to-use IP Diagnostics feature if this problem occurs. The Eliot 4500X is fully certified to process transactions according to the latest industry guidelines. This means sensitive credit card information is entered, stored, and transmitted using the latest and most advanced technology. Also, every Eliot 4500X has an internal pinpad that will be encrypted for use with Debit services.

The Hypercom T4100, commonly known as the "Blade", is a wireless terminal useful for merchants who are not able to access a phone line/DSL and want to get swiped rates on their credit cards, reduce costs by accepting debit cards remotely, and reduce chargeback exposure by getting cardholder signatures on the receipts as opposed to phoning in the order. When a merchant uses the Blade through EMG, it connects via the Apriva gateway. Apriva primarily uses the AT&T network, which covers 90% of metro areas, so merchants are able to process transactions with speed, reliability, and security. The Orion DS is a credit card terminal with a built-in check imager. This allows you to process Credit and Checks all on one device, making payment processing as it should be; efficient and simple. The Orion can also process transactions, transmit batches, and upload images via a high speed Internet connection, saving you significant time and money. Time because the transactions and batches upload faster, money because you no longer need a dedicated analog line for the credit card terminal. However, if you don't have a high speed connection not to worry, the Orion is fully capable of processing transactions via a Dial up connection. In fact, the terminal will connect automatically via Dial up if the high speed connection isn’t working.
