The Eliot 2000 comes with EMG Software Plus that allows you to request support, order supplies, or add services by pressing a few buttons. The E2000 supports Credit, Debit, EBT, checks, and gift cards. Ethernet port is standard and enables high-speed Credit and Debit processing. The E2000 has 24 MB of memory, 600 transaction capacity, is multi-merchant capable.

The Hypercom T4100, commonly known as the "Blade", is a wireless terminal useful for merchants who are not able to access a phone line/DSL and want to get swiped rates on their credit cards, reduce costs by accepting debit cards remotely, and reduce chargeback exposure by getting cardholder signatures on the receipts as opposed to phoning in the order. When a merchant uses the Blade through EMG, it connects via the Apriva gateway. Apriva primarily uses the AT&T network, which covers 90% of metro areas, so merchants are able to process transactions with speed, reliability, and security. This method allows you to capture card information and authorize the transaction once a phone line is available.

This terminal hasn't been manufactured for several years, therefore replacement is a problem. The 2U/T-One needs an external PINpad (Thales T-Pad) to process Debit. The 2UD/T-IPP has an internal PINpad, and the 4UD/T-IPPS has this plus a smart card reader. Reprograms only.
