SHIPPING POLICY

EMG offers three shipping methods via FedEx. FedEx Ground will deliver your order within 1-5 business days if you are located within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). With FedEx Express Saver your order will be delivered within 3 business days and with Standard Overnight your order will be delivered the next business day in the afternoon. EMG will package and ship your order same day if we receive the order before 1:00 p.m. MST. All orders submitted after 1:00 p.m. MDT will be shipped the next business day. Every order is shipped from our corporate office in Salt Lake City, Utah. If you do not receive your order within the allotted time frame please email us at orders@e-mg.com and we will track your shipment. Please be aware that EMG will not guarantee delivery times as it is the shipping company that controls delivery schedules and times.

EMG does not ship internationally.
