RETURN POLICY - ONLINE ORDERS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Each order is considered a special order because of the individuality of the business and equipment owned by you-- the customer. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment. It is mandatory you contact EMG at orders@e-mg.com within 7 days of receiving your order when returning defective merchandise. Please provide your order number, product description, and contact information when contacting us. Upon approval of your return, you will have an additional 7 days to deliver the defective item(s) to our corporate office at the following address:

EMG will not cover the cost of any lost or stolen items that are being returned to our office. We advise using a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and insuring the package for the full value of the product(s).

Since software is registered to a specific business upon shipment, there are no refunds for software, software licenses, software upgrades, or software support purchases. If you have questions about installing your software or software peripherals, please contact the software manufacturer for support.
